My name is Sam Nalven and in July of 2012 I decided I wanted to start drifting. I saved for a while and bought a used 240SX. I fixed it up, went to the track, and hilariously attempted to drift. It went poorly, and it was the most fun I've ever had in a car. I knew nothing about drifting then, and I only know a little now - but I aim to keep on learning.
Through talking to those who know more than me (pretty much everyone), immersing myself in this awesome sport, and through my own driving efforts, I mean to improve my own skills and in the process, help and entertain novice and soon-to-be drifters around the world.
There's nothing wrong with being an idiot as long as you are motivated to learn.
